Ajman University's youth delegation delivered an outstanding performance at the QS ImpACT Youth Summit 2025, hosted at Imperial College London. The summit brought together students and young leaders from around the world to tackle pressing global challenges through an intensive hackathon. After two days of rigorous competition, AU students Sana Abouelnour, Wessam Shehieb, and Khaled Mahfouz emerged as top performers in the Climate Change theme, showcasing their innovative thinking and commitment to sustainability. The summit also featured a thought-provoking panel discussion where students challenged university leaders on whether higher education institutions are doing enough to address sustainability. Mrs. Nancy Stearns Bercaw represented Ajman University on the panel, delivering insightful contributions and engaging thoughtfully with the challenging questions posed by the youth delegates. This achievement highlights Ajman University's dedication to empowering students as changemakers and reinforces its commitment to sustainability and global engagement.
