Who can participate?
The tour welcomes participants from all coutries, universities, years, and specializations. It's a wonderful opportunity to socialize and connect! The tour will unveil opportunities in Business, Engineering, IT and Architecture.
Is vaccination or PCR testing mandatory?
All vaccination & PCR requirements have been lifted.
How can I acquire my Visa?
The Visa isn't included in the tour fee. Participants may make their own arrangements to acquire a Visa.
How will the payment be made?
A payment link will be shared through which the participants can make online payments.
What airport should I arrive at?
Sharjah or Dubai International Airport. Airport transportation (pick-up and drop-off) is arranged for free on the first and last days of the tours.
What meals are included?
Hotel accomodation includes breakfast (during specific hours).
Where will the hotel be and what are the arrangements?
The booking is expected to be at a hotel in Ajman (TBC). The rooms will be double-occupancy, seperated by gender.
What kind of power plug is available in the UAE?
Plug type G. Please be sure to carry an adapter with you if your electronics do not match the power plug.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 25 days or more prior to the tour will be refunded 100% of the total tour fees.
Cancellations made within 5 -24 days prior to the tour will be refunded 50% of the total tour fees.
Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the tour will not be refunded.
