Frequently Asked Questions:
- The tour welcomes participants from all coutries, universities, years, and specializations. It's a wonderful opportunity to socialize and connect! The tour will unveil opportunities in Business, Engineering, IT and Architecture.
- The Visa isn't included in the tour fee. Participants may make their own arrangements to acquire a Visa.
- A payment link will be shared through which the participants can make online payments.
- Sharjah or Dubai International Airport. Airport transportation (pick-up and drop-off) is arranged for free on the first and last days of the tours.
- Hotel accomodation includes breakfast (during specific hours).
- The booking is expected to be at a hotel in Ajman (TBC). The rooms will be double-occupancy, seperated by gender.
- Plug type G. Please be sure to carry an adapter with you if your electronics do not match the power plug.
- Cancellations made 25 days or more prior to the tour will be refunded 100% of the total tour fees.
- Cancellations made within 5 -24 days prior to the tour will be refunded 50% of the total tour fees.
- Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the tour will not be refunded.
